摘要
目的:探讨人工全髋关节置换术治疗高龄移位股骨颈骨折患者的临床疗效。方法:对2001年1月至2007年12月56例60岁以上老年移位的股骨颈骨折患者进行人工全髋关节置换术治疗,术后随访6-24个月,平均为18个月,参照美国骨科学会公布的5级评分方法进行疗效分析。结果:优秀26例,良好20例,尚好7例,差2例,其中1例于术后6个月因其它疾病发作死亡。优良率大于80%。结论:人工全髋关节置换治疗高龄移位的股骨颈骨折,疗效确切,病人恢复快,下床活动早等优点提高了高龄老人的生活质量和生命价值,不失为一种理想的治疗方法。
Objective：To study the therapeutic effect of artificial hip replacement on the patients with shifting femoral neck fractures at advanced age.Method：We treated 56 patients with shifting femoral neck fractures who were more than 60 years from January 2001 to December 2007.After operation we followed up from 6 to 24 months and the average time was 18 months.Then we analyzed the therapeutic effect according to the 5 grades standard formulated by American Orthopedics and Traumatology Academy.Result：26 patients were excellent,20 patients were fine,7 patients were good,2 patients were inefficiency and 1 of the patients died after 6 months for other disease.The excellent rate is more than 80%.Conclusion：The therapeutic effect of artificial hip replacement on the patients with shifting femoral neck fractures at advanced age is positive.The treated patients recuperated soon and took out-of-bed activity early which enhanced the life quality and value of the old.That means the artificial hip replacement is a positive the-rapeutic method.
