椎弓根螺钉固定结合椎间植骨治疗胸腰椎爆裂骨折 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨椎弓根螺钉固定结合椎间植骨术治疗胸腰椎爆裂性骨折的临床疗效。方法:58例胸腰椎爆裂性骨折患者采用短节段椎弓根螺钉内同定结合椎间植骨。术前,术后及随访观察骨折椎体前后缘压缩率变化,Cobb角改善情况,神经恢复情况及内固定物有无断裂松动情况。结果:术后椎体前后缘压缩率,矫正后凸Cobb角丢失度方面有显著性差异手术对神经功能的恢复无显著差异,无术后并发症。结论:胸腰椎爆裂骨折经椎弓根椎间植骨、GSS-Ⅱ型内固定后,可以恢复伤椎椎体高度,重建前中柱的稳定性,防止术后椎体高度和矫正Cobb角的再丢失以及内固定的松动、断裂。 Objective:To evaluate the clincal efficacy of internal fixation operation through bone grafting in the treatment of thoraclumbar burst fracture.Method:58 patients with thoraclumbar burst fracture were treated with short-segment pedicle instrumentation internal fixation operation through bone grafting.The change of compressed ratios between anterior and posterior edge of vertebral body postoperatively.The improved Cobb angle were observed respectively.Result:There was significant diffenrence on the reduction of the height of vertebral body and the Cobb angle between the treatment group and the control group.The internal fixation did not break and loose at all in the treatment group.Conclusion:This method can recover the height of the injured vertebrae,prevent the reduction of the vertebrae's height and the breakage of the internal fixation postoperativly.
