摘要
该实验旨在研究去白细胞血再灌注对犬心肌的保护作用。12只犬随机分为对照组和去白细胞组。对照组(n=6)为全血再灌注(白细胞记数为1300±240/mm3),去白细胞组(n=6)采用去除白细胞血再灌注(白细胞记数为140±20/mm3)。两组动物均经过低温全心缺血2h后再灌注,再灌注5min取标本,测定髓过氧化物酶、丙二醛含量和线粒体分级。结果显示:对照组髓过氧化物酶、丙二醛含量和线粒体分级均较去白细胞组显著升高,P值分别为0.0003,0.0030和0.0062。说明去白细胞血再灌注,减少了白细胞在心肌中的浸润,从而获得了良好的心肌保护。
Canine myocardial protection with leukocyte-depleted blood reperfusion was investigated in this article.Twelve dogs were divided randomly into two groups,control group(n=6)received normal blood reperfusion(leukocyte count 1300±240/mm 3) and leukocyte-depleted group(LD) reperfused with leukoycyte-depleted normal blood(leukocyte count 140±20/mm 3). All animals were suffered 2hrs ' hypothermic global myocardial ischemia.Results showed that MDA(malondialdehyde)、MPO(myeloperoxidase)、mitochondrial scores increased higher in control group 5 minutes postreperfusion than that of LD group,P values were 0.0003,0.0030 and 0.0062 ,respectively.It was concluded that reperfusion with leukocyte-depleted blood decreased leukocyte infiltration in canine myocardium and got better myocardial protection
