摘要
[目的]探讨社区健康教育对糖尿病病人治疗依从性的影响。[方法]以惠州市大亚湾区社区服务中心建卡管理的100例糖尿病病人为研究对象,随机分为干预组和对照组,对照组采用常规治疗,干预组采用常规治疗基础上实施有计划、系统的健康教育,观察并比较两组病人的治疗依从性情况。[结果]通过社区健康教育和综合干预6个月后干预组病人的治疗依从性比对照组显著提高,各项监测指标明显优于对照组。[结论]实施全程有计划的健康教育可提高糖尿病病人的治疗依从性。
To probe into the influence of community health education on treatment compliance of patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods：A total of 100 cases with diabetes mellitus managed by card in community service center of Dayawan district Huizhou city were selected and divided into control group and intervention group.Patients in control group were given conventional therapy.Patients in intervention group were carried out planned systematic health education based on conventional therapy.Then treatment compliance of the two group patients were observed and compared.Results：Through community health education and comprehensive intervention,treatment compliance of intervention group patients were significantly higher than that of control group 6 months after the intervention.All monitoring indexes in intervention group cases were superior to that of control group cases.Conclusion：To carry out whole range planned health education can improve treatment compliance of diabetes mellitus patients.
