摘要
目的:探讨儿科门急诊终端用药失当原因及防范对策。方法:通过例举典型用药失当个例,并对普遍事例以常用药使用情况为代表进行相关的问卷调查,分析事件发生的原因。结果:造成用药失当并非患方单一因素所致,与医务人员的服务相关。结论:门急诊终端用药是全程药学服务中易被忽视的薄弱环节。医方转变观念,开展多种形式的药学服务是主要的防范对策。
Objective：To investigate the causes and solution of inappropriate medication in pediatric outpatient and emergency.Methods：The reasons of the incidents were analyzed by citing some typical drug misconduct cases and surveying general case on the use of common drugs.Results：All cases were caused not only by patients but also by work and service of medical staff.Conclusions：Outpatient and emergency terminal medication is a most easily ignored part in whole pharmaceutical service.The main preventive measures is the change of concept and the development of various forms of pharmacy service.
