翼状胬肉手术后再生长和复发部位探讨 被引量:13

摘要 目的探讨预防再生长和复发的翼状胬肉切除方法。方法对住院接受翼状胬肉切除和结膜瓣转移手术的患者206例(263眼),手术后随访3~69个月,平均18.6个月,观察翼状胬肉手术后再生长和复发开始发生的部位。结果 263眼中发现82眼翼状胬肉再生长,22眼复发,共104眼,其中101眼再生长和复发起始部位在上下结膜瓣缝合连接处原翼状胬肉的残留结膜,占97.1%,仅3眼复发起源于角膜缘,占2.9%。结论翼状胬肉手术后的再生长和复发绝大多数起始于结膜瓣缝合连接处,因此翼状胬肉手术转移结膜瓣缝合要求对合严密。 Objective To study the operation module for prevention from pterygium regeneration and recurrence. Methods Pterygium excision and eonjunctival autograft surgery was performed in 206 inpatients (263 eyes) with pteryg- ium. Analysis of the location of regenerated and recurrent pterygiums was performed after follow - up ( 3 to 69 months, mean of 18.6 months). Results There were 82 and 22 eyes with pterygium regeneration and recurrence, respectively. Among them, foci of 101 eyes (97.1%) located at the suture connecting the two conjunctival flaps, with 3 (2.9%) loci in cornea border. Conclusion Most of the regenerated and recurrent pterygiums locate at the suture connecting the two conjunetival flaps, implying that conjunctival flaps must be sutured closely and strictly.
