摘要
物联网被认为是继计算机、互联网、移动通信网之后信息产业的又一重大里程碑,它应用广泛,社会渗透性强,已广泛引起世界各国的高度重视。在阐述物联网的涵义及发展现状的基础上,从提高售后服务水平,优化营销环境,改善物流质量等三个方面探讨了物联网对电子商务的推动作用。
Internet of things has been considered as another milestone in information industry history,which followed computer,internet,mobile radio communication.Internet of things has drawn great importance over the world while it is widely applicable and with significant social infiltration.Based on the analysis on the meaning and the state of the art of the internet of thins,this paper illustrates internet of things role in promoting e-commerce which the application of the Internet of things brings about in terms of leveling up the post-sale service,optimizing the marketing environment and improving the logistics quality.
