摘要
[目的]为马铃薯辐射诱变育种研究提供科学依据。[方法]测定不同剂量^(60)Co-γ辐射与不同浓度NaCl对马铃薯愈伤组织生长的影响,并在组织培养过程中定向筛选耐盐变异体。[结果]在辐射处理与盐胁迫的双重作用下,马铃薯的愈伤组织发生了一定程度的变异,使得愈伤组织对盐胁迫的耐受力有了大幅度的提高。[结论]当辐射剂量为40J/kg,NaCl浓度为2.0%时,对马铃薯愈伤组织的诱导效果最好。
[Objective]The study aimed to provide the scientific basis on the research of irradiation breeding of potato.[Method]The effects of different dose ^(60)Co-γ radiation and different concentration NaCl on potato's callus tissue were determined,and salt-tolerant variant was screened during the process of tissue cultivation.[Result]Under the dual function of radiation treatment and salt stress,the callus of potato showed a certain extent variation,and it made salt tolerance of callus showed a greatly rise.[Conclusion] The induction effect on potato callus reached the best when 40 J/kg radiation and 2.0% NaCl.
