摘要
本文针对中石化股份公司长岭分公司油品质量升级改扩建项目管理模式及特点进行了深入分析,系统策划了该项目的质量管理模式,建立健全了项目质量管理体系,并有效地实施了项目质量管理。
For the Oil Products Quality Upgrade Rebuilding and Extension Project of Changling Branch SINOPEC, this paper analyzes its management mode and characteristics in depth, systematically plans its quality management mode, establishes and improves the project quality management system. The quality management of this project has been effectively implemented.
