摘要
探讨了水资源利用效率及其评价的定义和内涵,介绍了国内外水资源利用效率相关问题的研究进展,对各种水资源利用效率评价方法进行了汇总和对比,分析了水资源利用效率评价中存在的主要问题:对水资源利用效率评价的基础理论研究不够;在评价区域水资源利用效率时,没有将土壤计算在内;水资源利用效率评价中缺少生态环境指标、没有计算虚拟水、没有考虑水质的影响等。
The utilization efficiency of water resources and the definition and connotation of its evaluation were discussed.The worldwide advances in relevant issues on utilization efficiency of water resources were introduced.The various evaluation methods for the utilization efficiency of water resources were reviewed and compared.The main problems in the evaluation of utilization efficiency of water resources were put forward.
