摘要
串联铁心电抗器实际运行时经常出现故障,给电网运行的稳定性和用电质量造成了一定程度影响。笔者分析了串联铁心电抗器设计中导致产品故障的常见原因,例如绕组烧坏、匝间短路、噪音和温升过高等,同时为防范运行故障的发生,提出了设计中应合理选择电抗率、电密磁密、散热面积,以及重视绝缘结构的设计等具体措施。实践证明这些措施是行之有效的,对串联铁心电抗器的设计、制造和运行维护具有一定的借鉴意义。
The author analyzes the faults of dry type series iron-core reactor due to imperfect design such as coils burning,inter-turn short circuit,high noise and temperature rise,which leads to unstable grid operation.Consequently,it is suggested that reactance percent,current density,magnetic flux density,and heat transfer area should be correctly selected in design,and attention should be paid to insulation structure.Test results show that these solutions to reducing the reactor faults are effective.
