摘要
在高纯气体各项杂质的色谱分析中,氩、氧是最难分离的物质对。多年来人们在其分离上做了许多努力,或者采用室温下长柱,或者采用短柱低温。虽然达到了二者分离的目的,但大大延长了需同时分析的^-N、CH的溜出时间,相应地降低了检测灵敏度。
The highly efficient GC column (θ2mm i.d.×1.86m;packed with specially conditioned 13×M.S.;8 mesh) for analysis of gases of high purity nas been prepared and studied.Trace components,Ne,H2.Ar,O2,N2,and CH4,in helium of ligh purity were separated on the column at andent temperature within 3 minutes when flow rate of carrier gas(He) was 4 ml/min The column efficiency is more than 5000 theoretical plates when capacity ratio is infinite.Optimization of chromatographic conditions was achieved The special rule of the variation of H2 peak height and half peak width with column temperature is observed for the first time.
