摘要
酸枣仁含油高达31.8％,但对酸枣仁油组成的分析未见报道。本文首次用毛细管气相色谱法对酸枣仁油中的脂肪酸进行了定性和定量分析。
This paper reports the qualitative and quantitative determination of fatty acids in Zizyphus-Seed Oil by capillary gas cbromatography.In the qualitative analysis,we used the method comparing Zizyphus-Seed Oil with soya-bean Oil under the same condition of analysis.The results have shown that the content of unsaturated fatty acids in Zizyphus-seed oil is above 90%.
