摘要
热裂解甲硅烷化学沉积无定型硅膜覆盖在毛细管柱内壁上,形成一层惰性的色谱工作面,是一种较理想的毛细管柱惰化方法。Pretorius和Bertsch等应用它于刚性玻璃及金属毛细管柱均取得明显的惰化效果。我们应用于弹性玻璃毛细管柱也取得了成功。
The constitution and construction of amo-phous silicon film were studied by means of ESD ESCA and IR,Amorphors sipcon of chemical vapor pyrolys's consists of Si;SiHn,Si-O-Si bridge and dangling bond.Si and SiHn showed chromatographic inertness,while Si-O-Si bridge showed weale basicity.The dangling bond could initiate aftocrosslinking of silicone stationary phases.
