摘要
目的:观察腹腔镜在异位妊娠手术中的临床应用效果。方法:回顾性分析异位妊娠手术患者440例的临床资料,其中腹腔镜组240例,开腹组200例,比较两组手术效果和术后恢复情况。结果:腹腔镜组和开腹组的手术时间分别为(44.34±15.24)、(68.76±14.36)min;术中出血量分别为(20.12±8.45)、(57.19±24.32)ml,两组相比具有统计学意义(P<0.05);下床活动时间分别为术后(5.71±2.18)、(24.23±3.39)h,排气时间分别为术后(8.23±2.45)、(26.32±l0.34)h,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);腹腔镜组患者术后康复快,对手术效果满意。结论:腹腔镜异位妊娠手术比开腹手术效果好,手术创伤小,康复快,是值得推广应用的微创术式。
Objective:To evaluate the clinical value of laparoscopy on ectopic pregnancy. A retrospective analysis of clinical data of postoperation of ectopic pregnancy of 440 cases is made.440 patients were divided into laparoscopy group(n=240) and abdominal group(n=200). Methods:440 cases were analyzed.Effects of operation and recovery of two groups were compared.Results:There was a significant difference in operation time and blood loss during operation between laparoscopy (4.34±15.24)min,(20.12±8.45)ml,and abdominal(68.76±14.36)min,(57.19±24.32)ml.The activity time and the mean recovery time of bowel function in the former(5.71±2.18),(8.23±2.45)h were shorter than those in the latter group(24.23±3.39),(26.32±10.34)h (P<0.05).The former group had a rapid recovery and a good effect.Conclusion:Laparoscopy in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy has good short-time effects compared with abdominal operation.
