摘要
ＣＤ机中，为跟踪盘片，其伺服系统必须能检测到盘片的微小的位移。在本论文中，将ＣＤ头的工作原理应用到物体表面粗糙度的测量当中，可使测量系统小型化。
In a CD player,the servo system must have the ability to measure the disc's microdisplacement in order to track the disc.By applying the CD player's operational principle to the surface roughness measuring,a smaller and easier to use instrumentation system is achieved.
