摘要
埃塞俄比亚在职业教育发展上遇到的最大障碍就是经费投入严重不足。通过加大政府财政投入、激励企业投资职业教育、大力发展私立职业教育、健全学员成本分担机制、鼓励职业教育机构增加创收、提高工作效率等多元化措施,建立和完善职业教育经费投入机制,以确保职业教育经费的稳定增长,促进职业教育事业的可持续发展。
The greatest obstacle is serious shortage of investment funds in the development of Ethiopian vocational education.Diversified measures,such as increasing financial investment by government,encouraging enterprises to invest in vocational education,developing private vocational education,improving cost-sharing with trainees mechanisms,taking income-generating activities in institutions and increasing efficiency,should be taken to es-tablish and improve mechanisms for vocational education funding in order to ensure the steady growth of vocational education funds,and promote the sustainable development of vocational education.
