摘要
社会责任缺失将给企业带来严重损失,企业社会责任缺失风险会沿着供应链传导。本文界定了供应链企业间社会责任缺失风险传导的内涵,分析了社会责任缺失风险的传导载体,探讨了社会责任缺失风险的传导路径,介绍了社会责任缺失风险的传导规律,最后提出了社会责任缺失风险传导的控制措施,包括加强企业交流、增进信息反馈,择优选择伙伴、减少社会责任缺失风险隐患,以及查找传递路径、进行针对控制等,有助于供应链企业对社会责任缺失风险的传导进行有效控制。
Lack of social responsibility will lead to serious loss of business. The risk of deficiency of corporate social responsibility will conduct along the supply chain. The paper defines the conduction of risk of deficiency of social responsibility of supply chain enterprises. Then the paper probes into conducting carrier, conducting path and conducting laws of risk of deficiency of social responsibility. In the end some control measures are designed to help supply chain enterprises control the conduction of risk of deficiency of social responsibility.
