摘要
单端孢霉烯族毒素是一类真菌毒素,是由多种不完全真菌在低温条件下产生的代谢物质。它广泛存在于自然界,多见于久贮的发霉粮食中,误食后常发生中毒死亡。单端孢霉烯族毒素的结构如图1:
A method has been developed for the analysis of T-2 toxin by gas chromatography.The sample was extracted from mouldy corn and was subjected to derivatization with six reagents at room temperature or 60℃ for different durations.The stabilities of the produced derivatives have been compared.
