摘要
选择国产热法NBR3604为原料,研究了硫化剂、填充剂、软化剂、再生NBR等对其力学性能、耐油和耐溶剂性能的影响;并将NBR3604与其它极性橡胶(氯丁橡胶、氟橡胶、丙烯酸酯橡胶)以及AN含量较低的NBR进行了对比。结果表明:国产高AN含量的NBR3604由于其结构中含有较多的极性基团,因而具有较高的力学强度和优异的耐油、耐溶剂性能。再生NBR与NBR的相容性好,添加10~40份再生NBR后,对NBR的力学性能、耐油性能、耐溶剂性能均影响不大,可降低材料成本。
In this paper, the effects of curing agents, fillers, softeners and reclaimed RNBR on the properties of China-made hot NBR3604 were studied .The NBR3604 were compared with chloroprene rubber, fluorine rubber, acrylic rubber and NBR2707 in mechanical properties and oil resistance. The results showed that the properties of NBR3604 were better than other rubbers'. Because NBR has good compatibility with RNBR, its mechanical properties and oil resistance is not bad after adding 10-40 parts RNBR in it, and product cost is decreased.
