摘要
针对目前环模制粒机的运动部件采用人工加脂润滑存在的弊端,设计了自动集中润滑装置.通过控制器进行加脂间隔时间和监控时间的设定,并检测主油路的工作压力,实现了定时定量自动加脂与故障报警功能.应用表明,该装置工作稳定、性能可靠,达到了预期效果.
In view of the shortcomings of current manual greasing to lubricating points of pellet mills,the principle and techniques of the auto-centralized grease lubricating system are studied.With the controller setting the time of grease-adding and monitoring,and the working pressure of the main oil road measured,timing and quantitative automatic grease-adding and error warning can be realized.Practical application proves that the lubricating system is stable and credible.
