摘要
高校图书馆采编业务社会化是社会发展的必然结果,是社会信息化进程的必然要求。它不仅能节省高校采书经费,提高资源利用率,同时它也存在着降低图书质量、降低编目数据质量等诸多问题。要抓好招标计划,选择书商、图书验收、联机编目等环节,确保馆藏质量,更有效地服务于学校教学科研。
The socialization of acquisitioning and cataloguing works at university libraries is the inevitable result of social development, and the necessary requirement of the social information process. It can save the cost of purchasing books and improve resource utilization. While there also exists such problems as lower quality of books and catalog data. To make the library provide better service for the teaching and scientific research of colleges and universities, some measures must be taken such as making a severe bidding program, selecting good booksellers, acceptance check and online catalog to ensure the quality of library collection.
