摘要
在哥本哈根举行的全球气候变化会议上,中美两国在减排原则、减排量的多少及资金和技术援助等方面有较大分歧,最终在中美各方的相互斗争和妥协下,签署了不具法律约束力的《哥本哈根协议》。为了更好地应对气候变化,中美两国应相互理解,加强合作。同时,中国要进一步落实各项节能减排措施,及早做好各种应对方案,以促进2010年底墨西哥气候峰会的成功举办。
Held in Copenhagen on Global Climate Change Conference , there are big differences between China and the U. S. on emissions reduction principles, the amount of emission reductions and financial and technical assistance ,Finally in the struggles and compromises between them,Signed a non--legally binding ＂the Copenhagen agreement＂. In order to better cope with climate change, the two countries should be mutual understanding and strengthen cooperation. At the same time , China will further implement energy --saving emission reduction measures, and response to make a variety of programs early, to promote the end of 2010 Mexico＇s climate summit success.
