摘要
在分析我国"数字家园"发展现状的基础上,从网络化、信息发布、数据库建设、办公自动化等方面探讨了建设"数字家园"的关键技术,包括工作流管理技术、WebGIS技术、组件式GIS技术以及基于档案扫描技术实现无纸化办公等,为加速我国"数字家园"的建设提供理论依据。
Based on the analysis of development of ＂digital homeland＂ in China, many key technologies by which to build the digital homeland were discussed from the need of network, the publication of information, the building of mass database and the automation of office, such as developing the network for digital homeland based on WFM, using WebGIS to realize digital homeland, integrating the space data and attribute data in a database, applying ComGIS to build information system, file-based scanning technology to achieve paperless office and so on, which provided theoretical basis for accelerating construction of digital homeland.
