摘要
介绍一种干法填充5μ或3μC_(13)担体,制备高效液相石英毛细芒填充柱的方法。用乙醇做去静电剂,压缩气体为动力填充了Spherisorb ODS-1,Spherisorb ODS-2和Hypersil ODS.柱性能用折合塔片高度╱折合流速和分离阻抗指标衡量。与匀浆法比,干法制柱可得到相似或更高柱效,更好的柱稳定性。所需设备简单、省时。
A dry-packing method for the preparation of fused-silica columns packed with 5nm and 3μm C18 packing materials is described.Ethanol was chosen as the discharge agent and pressurized gaseswere used as the packing media.Packing materials of Sphsrisorb ODS-1,Soherisorb ODS-2 and Hypersil ODS were used in this study.Column performance was evaluated by means of reduced plate height/reduced velocity and separation impedance.The comparison between dry-packed and slurry packed columns showed that the dry-packing method yields columns of better stability and similar or better efficiency,and requires a simpler apparatus and a shorter packing time.
