摘要
目的观察HAART疗法药物毒副反应。方法对汝南县医院54例艾滋病患者用HAART治疗后的毒副反应进行回顾性分析。结果 54例患者均出现胃肠道反应,30例出现不同程度药物性皮疹;15例出现急性胰腺炎;9例出现脂肪代谢异常;3例出现严重的贫血;3例出现离乳酸血症和严重的肝损害。结论 HAART疗法中的抗病毒药物均有程度不同的毒副反应。临床上应对此充分认识,做到观察、预防、争取做到逆转。
Objective To observe the toxicity reaction of HAART on AIDS. Methods To make retrospective analysis on toxicity reaction of 54 AIDS cases in the hospital with HAART treatment. Results All cases have stomachic and intestinal reaction. There are 30 cases with tetter caused by medicine. There are 15 cases with acute pancreatic adenitis. There are 9 cases with fat decompensation. there are 3 cases with severe anemia. Conclusion There are toxicity reactions in HAART treatment. We have realize them in clinic. To manage to reverse by observing and preventing.
