摘要
配方中引入含钙、含镁原料,获得适用于建筑陶瓷的低成本的钙无光乳浊釉。本文分析了硅铝比对釉中形成钙长石晶体的影响;讨论了高钙原料对釉面针孔、乳浊效果的影响。实验结果表明:当氧化钙用量在11%左右,硅铝摩尔比小于3.4时,釉中易析出钙长石晶体,釉面细腻无光,乳浊效果好。
