摘要
采用六钛酸钠晶须与六钛酸钾晶须混合增强树脂基摩擦材料,并对其摩擦磨损性能进行了测试与分析;研究了硅烷偶联剂改性六钛酸钠晶须对摩擦材料性能的影响。结果表明六钛酸钠晶须与六钛酸钾晶须的质量比为1∶4时,摩擦材料有较稳定的摩擦系数和较低的磨损率;硅烷偶联剂改性六钛酸钠晶须能在树脂中较好的分散,改善摩擦材料的性能。
In this paper,resin-based friction material was prepared with sodium titanate whiskers and potassium titanate whiskers as reinforcing phase,the friction and wear behavior was investigated and analyzed.The influence of modification of sodium titanate whiskers with silane coupling agent on friction material was studied.The results show that using 1 ∶ 4 as the mass rate of sodium titanate whiskers to potassium titanate whiskers,the friction material performs a stably friction coefficient and low wear rate;modification of sodium titanate whiskers with silane coupling agent can be well dispersed in resin and improve friction material property.
