摘要
对于加热输送的原油管道温降计算方法,由于国外与国内所处的工程背景不同,所采取的计算方法会有所差异。本文对尼日利亚某原油管道设计中所采用的热油管道温降计算方法进行了分析,指出了所用方法中存在的问题。根据加热输送原油管道的实际情况,通过分析和推导,给出了合理的计算方法。
For the calculation of temperature drop of a pipeline transporting the heated crude oil,the methodology adopted abroad and domestically may be different due to the difference of engineering background.The methodology calculating the temperature drop adopted in the design of a Nigerian crude oil pipeline is analyzed in this paper and the improperness of this methodology is pointed out.Based on the characteristics of the transportation of heated oil through pipeline,a reasonable methodology suitable for calculating the temperature drop of pipeline is derived through the corresponding analysis.
