摘要
蔓越桔(Cranberry)在加拿大常用于制作果汁和果酱。果农在收获前期常施用二嗪农以防治虫害。因施用日期离收获期近,且二嗪农毒性较大,其在蔓越桔中的残留量已引起加拿大农业部及消费者的关注。
A gas chromatographic method for the determination of diazinon and diazoxon in cranberry is described The analytes were extracted with a mixture of diebloromethane and acetone,3:2 (V/V);purified by gel permeation chromatogra-phy column wits Biobead SX-12;and analyzed by capillary GC.The recoveries of both analytes ranged from 69.0 to 102% The method was successfully applied to determine the residues in cranberry after treatment with Diazinon 5G for girdler control.
