摘要
Ca1-xSrxZr4P6O24(x=0,0.5,1.0,简称CSZP)属于NZP族材料。用直接共沉淀法合成了CSZP粉体。粉料分别添加3%质量分数的ZnO和SiO2作为助烧剂在100MPa压力下单面加压成型,坯体在1100℃下无压烧结制成CSZP陶瓷。讨论了CSZP陶瓷的抗弯强度及介电性能(包括介电常数和介质损耗)与工艺参数间的关系,并用扫描电镜对陶瓷断面进行观察,用压汞仪对气孔率进行测试。实验测得Ca1-xSrxZr4P6O24(x=0,0.5,1.0)陶瓷的抗弯强度分别为74.96、108.06和72.18 MPa,介电常数为3.65、6.18和4.52,均属于低介电材料。
Ca(1-x)SrxZr4(PO4)6(x=0,0.5,1.0,abbreviated CSZP) system which belong to a new large family of materials known as NZP,was synthesized by direct co-precipitate method.The ceramics of CSZP were made by dry pressing at 100MPa pressure and sintering in air at 1100℃ with the addition of 3w% ZnO and 3w% SiO2.The bending strength and dielectric properties,including dielectric constant and loss tangent,were investigated.SEM studies and porosity are also discussed.The bending strength of the sintered materials are 74.96、108.06 and 72.18 MPa respectively.In dielectric properties measurement,the dielectric constant of CSZP ceramics are 3.65,6.18 and 4.52,all of them belong to low-dielectric materials.
