摘要
浊点是以非离子表面活性剂为主要组分的微乳剂剂型的特性与质量技术指标之一。其浊点高低主要取决于原药性质及所含表面活性剂的种类和用量。配制微乳剂通常应该选择浊点高的非离子表面活性剂。对一般微乳剂的浊点指标建议定为≥５４℃。
One of the important characteristics for a high quality microemulsion formulated by non-ionic surfactants is its cloud point.This is the temperature at which a surfactant solution(or a microemulsion)becomes turbid(cloudy)as a result of dehydration of hydrophilic PEO chains.The cloud point of a microemulsion depends not only upon the properties of solubilized agrochemical,but also the structure and concentration of the surfactants.It is desirable to apply non-ionic surfactants with relative high cloud point in formulating agrochemical microemulsions.For a good microemulsion formulation,we suggest,the cloud point index should be equal to or greater than 54℃.
