摘要
在前人工作的基础上,本文作者进一步深入细致地分析总结了Nb2O5和Ta2O5对Y-TZP微观结构和宏观性能的影响并提出自已的见解。研究发现Nb2O5和Ta2O5的添加使得Y-TZP轴比及热膨胀各向异性增大,马氏体相变起始温度升高,可相变t-ZrO2含量上升有利于材料机械性能的提高。
On the basis of several other scientists' work,the s made a further intensive and careful investigation about the influence of Nb2O5 and Ta2O5 on the microstructure and macroproperties of Y-TZP,and thus put forwards some unique opinions of his own.It was found that the addition of Nb2O5 and Ta2O5 increased the tetragonality and the thermal anisotropy of Y-TZP crystal.Further more,the starting temperature of the t-ZrO2m-ZrO2 martensitic transformation was raised.Due to the increase of this temperature,the thermodynamic driving force for this transfomation was enhanced and the transformable t-ZrO2 fraction under the influence of crack-tip stress field was increased,which was helpful for the improvement of the fracture toughness.And because of the solid solution of Ta5+ and Nb5+,which were small in cation radius and big in electric charge,in zirconia crystal lattice,Zr-O band strength was increased and so did the fracture strength of the ceramics as a whole.
