摘要
本方法对该柱采用直接进样法,避免了分流进样产生的误差,该柱柱前压低,分离效果较好,有利高沸点化合物的分离分析,对高低碳数化合物的定量结果与填充柱的近似。
The direct method without the sample splitting flow can be efficiently operated at a lower pressure on the column head, and make high-boiling compounds to ,be easily chromatographed. The method can quantify high or low-boiling compounds, and the results are similar to those of the packed column.
