摘要
目的:探讨钝性腹部损伤致肠系膜破裂超声诊断方法。方法:对急诊入院,B超提示存在肠系膜破裂,后经手术确诊的钝性腹部损伤致肠系膜破裂患者9例,对B超检查经验进行总结。结果:根据经验分析,B超一共提示11例可能,其中9例确诊,提示诊断率81.8%。结论:B超提示能有效指导肠系膜破裂患者术前诊断,对挽救患者生命,提高救治成功率起到重要作用。
Objective To explore the mesenteric rupture caused by blunt abdominal injury ultrasound;Methods The hospital in January 2007～2009 emergency admission in January year,B super-prompt exists mesenteric rupture,confirmed by surgery,after blunt abdominal injury in mesenteric rupture caused by 9 patients,to sum up the experiences of B-ultrasound;Results According to empirical analysis,B prompted a total of 11 cases of ultra possible,of which 9 patients were diagnosed,prompt diagnosis rate of 81.8%;Conclusion B super-tips to effectively guide the mesenteric rupture preoperative diagnosis of the patient to save lives,improve the success rate of treatment play an important role.
