摘要
本文分析了ＳｉＣ及其复合材料设计与烧结关系，新烧结新工艺的特点和发展趋势，探讨了ＳｉＣ及其复合材料烧结驱动力及活化烧结机理，讨论了助剂向多功能多组分发展趋势。
The infruence of sintering to design of SiC and its composite material is analysized,the feature and development of new sintering technology is reviewed.In this paper,the sintering mechanism and activated sintering of SiC and composite material are discussed.Finally, the multi-purpose and multi-comporent system sintering additives of SiC and its composite material are reported.
