摘要
目的:探讨未足月胎膜早破的发生原因以及处理方式。方法:收集住院分娩的未足月胎膜早破孕妇168例资料,分析根据具体情况进行各种处理的效果。结果:168例未足月胎膜早破产妇中阴道自然分娩107例(63.69%);剖宫产61例(36.31%),其中9例为臀位剖宫产。不同孕周的分娩方式比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:正确的处理方式可以有效提高未足月胎膜早破情况下胎儿的成活率,减少对孕妇和胎儿的伤害。
Objective To investigate the incidence of preterm premature rupture of membranes causes and treatment.Methods The birth of our hospital patients with preterm premature rupture of membranes 168 cases of pregnant women were carried out under the specific circumstances of treatment.Results 168 patients with PPROM mothers in 107 cases of vaginal delivery,accounting for 63.69%;cesarean section in 61 cases,accounting for 36.31%,of which 9 cases of breech caesarean section.Comparison of different methods of delivery gestational age,the difference was not statistically significant （P 〉0.05）.Conclusion The right approach can improve the situation with PPROM fetal survival rate,reduction of maternal and fetal harm.
