摘要
目的:探讨小切口经椎板间开窗减压髓核摘除术治疗老年性腰椎间盘突出症的疗效与特点。方法:对896例手术治疗的老年性腰椎间盘突出症中的126例患者采用小切口开窗髓核摘除术进行治疗,按Macnab标准评定术后疗效。结果:术后随访1～2年,平均20个月,优100例,良20例,可6例,优良率95%。结论:应用小切口手术治疗老年性腰椎间盘突出症安全有效,创伤小,出血少,恢复快,但需严格掌握适应证。
Objective To discuss the effect and features of vertebral lamina fenestration with small incision in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation（LDH）in elderly.MethodFor 126 of 896 elderly cases of LDH with surgical treatment were treated with vertebral lamina fenestration with small incision.The curative effect was reviewed according to Macnab criteria.ResultsAll cases were followed up for 12~24 months（average 20 months）.The outcome was excellent in 100 cases,good in 20 cases.The excellent-good rate was 95%.ConclusionThe method of vertebral lamina fenestration with small incision is safe and effective in the treatment of LDH in elderly with advantages of minimal invasion,less blood loss,more rapid recovery,but the indications must be controlled strictly.
