摘要
目的探讨高血压脑出血微创碎吸液化引流治疗的护理。方法对笔者所在科2002年1月～2009年7月60例30ml以上高血压脑出血，应用微创碎吸液化引流治疗的护理，进行总结分析。结果存活48例，死亡7例，放弃5例，生存率80％，病死率11．7％，未发生任何护理并发症。结论高血压脑出血微创碎吸液化引流治疗，加强围手术期护理、心理护理、术后康复护理及出院指导，是提高生存率、降低致残率和改善患者生存质量的重要措施。
Objective To investigate nursing care of minimally invasive surgery on hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods From January 2002 to July 2009,60 cases with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were treated with yl - 1 type drill apparatus and given perioperative nursing care, psychologic nursing care, functional rehabilitation trainning, activities of daily living exercise and out hospital home rehabilitation exercise guid. Results Survival in 48 cases, death in 7 cases, survival rate was 80% , mortality was 11.7% , no complications of care. Conclusion Proper perioperative nursing cares, psychologic nursing care, functional rehabilitation trainning, activities of daily living exercise and out hospital home rehabilitation exercise guid for the patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage are feasible to reduce the disablement degree , improve the life quality of patients , prevent complications and alleviate the burden on family.
