知识经济时代为档案事业的发展提供了极好的机遇,但也在档案管理的方式、方法、手段上,档案工作者的素质、档案为社会服务等方面,对档案工作者提出了严峻的挑战。
The knowledge economy provides opportunities for archive management,but serious challenges to archivist are made in the means of archive management,methods,the quality of the staff as well as the social services.
