摘要
在介绍Wincc、工业以太网和PROF I BUS-DP现场总线的的基础上,根据实验室现有条件组建起来的PLC电机控制系统,重点讨论Wincc电机监控系统中Wincc与西门子S7-300通信的建立过程。实验表明该网络系统运行可靠,对实际工业监控网络的组建具有很高的参考价值。
Firstly,the Wincc software and PROFIBUS-DP theory are briefly introduced. Then the PLC motor hardware is set up and presented,then the communication process between S7-300 and Wince is concretely presented.The experimental result shows that the monitoring sysem is feasible and relabile.It is a good reference value for building a practical industrial monitoring network.
