摘要
自８０年代以来，随着手术技巧的不断提高，新型免疫抑制剂和ＵＷ保存液的相继问世，临床肝移植取得了很大的进步。为了解决肝来源的短缺，心脏停搏供体成为研究的重点，本文不此专题，对近年来的研究进展作一综述。
