摘要
目的总结对206例腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者的观察与护理体会,提高对腹腔镜胆囊切除术临床观察与护理技能,预防并减少并发症的发生。方法通过收集206例胆结石、胆囊炎患者的临床资料,探讨病情观察及护理体会。结果206例患者全部痊愈出院,无并发症发生。结论作为一种新的手术方式,腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗胆结石、胆囊炎,做好精心的术前准备及术后的病情观察与护理,可以使手术对病员的创伤降到最低,减少并发症,促进病员尽早康复。
Objective To sum up 206 cases of laparoscopiccholecystectomy in patients with nursing experience,to raise the ability of clinical observation and nursing skill to prevent and reduce complications.Methods 206 cases of gallstones and cholecystitis were collected,to summarize the observation and nursing methods in preoperative and postoperative of laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Results 206 All the patients were recovery without complications.Conclusion laparoscopic cholecystectomy for gallstones,cholecystitis was a new surgical method.Make careful preoperative preparation and postoperative pathogenetic condition observation and care,can make the trauma of surgery on the patient to minimize and reduce complications and promote patient rehabilitation as soon as possible
