生长激素释放激素-生长激素-类胰岛素生长因子轴对女童单纯性乳房发育的影响

摘要 青春期一系列形态和功能改变主要是由神经-内分泌系统改变所介导，其中主要涉及性腺轴和促生长激素轴，本文试就生长激素释放激素-生长激素-类胰岛素生长因子轴的生理生化作用阐述它们对单纯性乳房发育作用机制的影响，以期对单纯性乳房发育的防治提供新的思路，笔者考虑IGF-1可能正是通过与GH、E2的相互影响，进而对单纯性乳房发育机制产生影响。可试用GH及重组人IGF-1治疗女童单纯性乳房发育，从而防止单纯性乳房发育向真性性早熟转变，停止或消退第二性征发育，防止月经来潮，延缓骨龄成熟及改善最终身高。
