摘要
目的探讨雾化吸入沙丁胺醇合并奈多罗米治疗毛细支气管炎对血清IL-12及INF-γ的影响。方法2007年2月~2009年12月86例毛细支气管炎患儿随机分为常规疗法(常规组)及雾化吸入沙丁胺醇合并奈多罗米治疗组,治疗前、后分别测定炎性细胞因子IL-12及INF-γ,并与健康儿童比较。结果患儿入院当天血清中IL-12及INF-γ水平较健康组低,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);治‘疗组治疗后IL-12及INF-γ水平逐渐升高,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论雾化吸入沙丁胺醇合并奈多罗米治疗毛细支气管炎能升高Thl细胞水平,调节TH1/TH2免疫应答平衡。
Objective To explore the effect of atomization salbutamol combined with nedocromil on serum interleukin - 12 and interfer- on - γ in pediatric bronchiolitis. Methods Eighty six children diagnosed with bronchiolitis are randomly divided into two groups : conventional therapy group and thymosin group. The serum level of interleukin - 12 and interferon - γ were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay before and after treatment. To observe their clinical effect and compare with normal children. Results The level of interleukin - 12 and interfer- on - γ, in bronchiolitis children before treatment were significantly lower than those in normal children ( P 〈 0. 05 ). After treatment, the level of interleukin - 12 and interferon - γ in therapeutic group was higher than those in control group (P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion Atomization salbutamol combined with nedocromil can enhance serum of type 1 cytokine, and regulate typel and type 2 cytokine balance.
