摘要
针对烧结终点难以检测的问题,提出以烧结矿温升趋势曲线来表征烧结过程,采用时间序列分析方法进行烧结终点预测,运用SPSSR软件建立预测模型。用马钢380m^2烧结机实际生产数据对建立的模型进行了验证。
Regarding the problem of difficult detection of BTP, it is proposed that using sinter temperature trend curve to characterize the sintering process, using time sequences analysis to predict BTP and using SPSSR software to build prediction model. The actual production data from 380 m^2 sintering machine in Masteel are used to verify the model built.
