摘要
在既定冶炼条件下,依据炉缸内硅还原反应平衡的热力学原理,导出炉温定量推算式及铁水中硅含量解析式,其结果与实际数据具有良好的对应关系,该式可用于现场推算炉温、硅量调控时参考。
In established smelting conditions, on the basis of smelting furnace reduction reaction silicon cylinder thermodynamic equilibrium theory, the analytical formulas of the smelting furnace temperature and w[Si] in molten iron were deduced. The calculation results had a good corresponding relationship with the actual data, which could be used to regalate the temperature and w[si] I of the hot baast Furnace in the scene as reference.
