孟鲁司特治疗儿童支气管哮喘的临床研究 被引量：5

摘要 目的探讨孟鲁司特+普米克治疗支气管哮喘患儿的效果。方法将100例支气管哮喘患儿随机平分为A、B2组:A组用普米克治疗;B组用孟鲁司特+普米克治疗。其余治疗无差别,记录2组患儿治疗一段时间后的效果、血液淋巴细胞亚群、免疫球蛋白。结果B组症状明显好转,与A组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B组CD3、CD4和CD4/CD8水平与IgA均高于A组(P<0.05)。结论孟鲁司特+普米克联用治疗儿童支气管哮喘能收获良好的效果,有一定的临床推广应用价值。
