摘要
针对现存《中国传统行政思想》教材内容的弊端,应该构建新的教材内容体系,应从三个方面入手:在内容方面,要抓住"传统"与"行政"两个核心概念,确定选择的标准;在体例方面,以专题的形式呈现,思想、制度与案例分析要有机结合;在理论方面,既要以现代政治学、行政学、管理学等学科的基本理论为指导,又要防止以政治思想或管理思想代替行政思想的倾向。
New teaching system should be set up to remove the disadvantages of the present textbook China’s Traditional Administrative Thoughts. The ways are followed： the first,in content,the two cores＂tradition＂and＂administration＂should be grasped; the second,in style,thoughts,regulations and case analyses should be well-combined within a special topic; the third,in theory,with the guidance of the basic theories of modern politics,science of administration and science of management,the replacement of politics and management should be avoided.
