摘要
目的:观察胃癌患者手术前后白细胞介素2(IL-2)、干扰素γ(IFN-γ)和IL-10细胞因子的水平。方法:应用流式细胞仪检测胃癌患者手术前后IL-2,IFN-γ和IL-10细胞因子的水平。结果:胃癌患者手术前IL-10的表达水平显著高于正常对照组(P<0.05),而IL-2,IFN-γ的表达水平显著低于正常对照组(P<0.05),手术后各组数据近似于正常对照组(P>0.05)。结论:胃癌患者细胞免疫功能低下,手术后有所改善。因此,对手术后患者进行动态检测细胞因子对了解患者机体免疫状况、掌握病情、疗效及预后判断均有指导意义。
Objective：To observe the levels of IL-2,IFN-γ and IL-10 in patients with gastric cancer before and after surgery.Methods：Flow cytometric analysis was employed to study intracellular cytokines（IL-2,IFN-γ and IL-10）in the peripheral blood of patient with gastric cancer before and after surgery.Results：The level of IL-10 in patient with gastric cancer was higher than control group before surgery（P〈0.05）.The levels of IL-2 and IFN-γ in patient with gastric cancer was lower than control group before surgery（P〈0.05）.The level of IL-2,IFN-γ and IL-10 in patient with gastric cancer after surgery was not significantly different with control group（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：the Level of cellular immune function in patient with gastric cancer is low but improved after surgery.Dynamically measuring levels of cytokines is helpful to know patients′immune state,condition,curative effect and prognosis.
